Advertising measurement is optional. The Mac app does not contain this Google tag.
Website measurement
With your choice, we count public page visits and active article reading time across kwip.info, apps.kwip.info and blog.kwip.info. We keep daily totals for up to 400 days, without visitor IDs, full URLs, goal data or browsing histories. Your choice stays in this browser on each site for up to 180 days. Use “Site measurement” in the page footer to change it. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track turn this collection off. This choice is separate from advertising consent.
We also count requests through website download buttons and new account records to operate our service. A download request does not prove a completed download or install. These totals are visible only to the site owner. Hosting providers still process the request information needed to deliver and protect these services.
Your choice
On selected public pages at apps.kwip.info, we ask before loading Google Ads tag AW-18526278760. Before you allow measurement, we do not load or send measurement requests to Google. Choosing No thanks leaves the tag blocked. Sign-in and security cookies needed for purchases are separate.
If you allow measurement, Google may process your IP address, browser/device information, advertising-click identifiers and visits to these public pages, and set advertising measurement cookies. We configure the tag without personalized advertising, Google signals, enhanced conversions, email addresses or account identifiers. This is not an assertion that advertising measurements are anonymous.
The tag is excluded from account, sign-in, checkout, purchase-status, licensing, support-operation and issues pages. Private reports, screenshots, payment details, license information and local ML data are not included in our tag integration. The independent services you choose to visit have their own practices.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use Ad measurement settings in the footer on a public page. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, it lasts for this page only. Withdrawal stops future tag loading and removes accessible Google measurement cookies on this domain; it does not undo information already sent to Google or remove cookies on Google's domains. Other browsers and devices have separate choices.
Privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keep measurement disabled in this implementation. Account access, purchases and permanent offline app rights do not depend on accepting optional measurement.
Purchases and service providers
This initial tag setup does not report paid purchase conversions. A purchase-button click, checkout return or no-cost verification order is not a verified paid purchase. Any future purchase measurement requires a separate reviewed conversion configuration and server-confirmed payment.
Our Kwipily privacy policy explains WorkOS sign-in, Stripe checkout, license records, hosting and retention. Google describes its separate practices in Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google controls its own advertising-data retention and may process information outside your country.

Kwipily update notifications
If you join the update list, we store your email address, signup time and permission to email you about the updated Kwipily. No account or payment is required. We retain this record until the update is announced or you ask to leave the list. It is separate from implementation enquiries and general marketing.
Email [email protected] to withdraw permission or request deletion. Signup does not send an email immediately. Short-lived browser-bound rate limits help prevent abuse. Signup and confirmation pages are excluded from advertising measurement.
Business implementation enquiries
When you submit a workflow enquiry, KWIP stores your name, email, optional company, process description, frequency, hardware information and contact-permission record. We use these details to review fit and follow up about the requested implementation. Do not submit customer records, credentials or confidential files.
Enquiry records are retained for up to 90 days. Notifications are sent through Google Workspace to KWIP’s business inbox; those messages have the mailbox's separate retention. Browser-bound request references and short-lived rate-limit records help prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Enquiry pages and their contents are excluded from our advertising-tag integration. Contact [email protected] for a privacy request.
