License & purchase terms

Your license

The $49.95 USD purchase licenses Kwip ML v1 to one named person on two activated Macs. You may use v1 permanently after paid activation. The license cannot be shared or resold. All v1.x updates are included; future major versions and future platform versions are separate purchases. There is no subscription or trial.

Apple Silicon and macOS 14 or later are required. Check compatibility before paying. Purchase, download and activation require internet access. Keep your account accessible and save an exportable signed recovery license from the app.

Offline use and recovery

An issued paid v1 license does not expire if you lose account access or KWIP stops operating. An already activated copy can continue offline. A saved recovery license can restore license storage on the same Mac; another Mac needs activation. Account device replacement frees an activation slot but cannot immediately disable an offline copy.

This does not promise an indefinitely operating download or activation service, a fixed lifetime of support, or compatibility with future operating systems. New activation recovery after a service shutdown would require a separately communicated recovery plan.

Payments and promotions

Prices are in USD. Applicable tax and the final total appear in hosted checkout before payment. A valid promotion is subject to its remaining redemption limit and provider validation; entering a code alone does not reserve a redemption or grant a license. Your Kwip ML sign-in account owns the purchase, even if your billing email is different.

Refund requests

Contact [email protected] to request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Include your purchase reference, not payment-card details, passwords or recovery credentials. Mandatory consumer rights and the applicable checkout provider’s rules remain in force.

A partial refund retains paid access and flags the purchase for review. A full refund ends new account downloads and activations. It cannot immediately disable an already activated permanently offline copy. We do not use that limitation to remove mandatory consumer rights.

Your data and account deletion

Financial records are retained for seven years under our business policy; an applicable hold can extend retention. We keep minimal license and recovery records while your perpetual entitlement remains. Security and support action details are retained for one year, excluding the minimal transaction and repair replay evidence needed to protect purchases and recovery. A diagnostic report you choose to send is retained until 30 days after the support case closes. The app does not automatically upload your models or diagnostic reports.

Before verified account deletion, contact [email protected]. We will offer you the opportunity to export your recovery license and explain which financial and minimal entitlement records must remain. Deletion is handled through a reviewed support request; it does not immediately erase provider logs or backups. Keep your recovery export safe: deletion must not silently remove permanent offline rights.

Updates and support

v1.x updates are included while provided. The app offers optional automatic checks and a manual check; installation is not silent and waits for active work and normal project-save checks. Email support targets an initial response within two business days, rather than a guaranteed resolution time. Security fixes and support depend on v1 remaining supported.
